WHAT IS THE RETAINER? WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
The average retainer fee is $500.00 to reserve your date. We accept all major credit and debit cards, personal and business checks and cash. A receipt will always be provided.
HOW MANY TEAM MEMBERS WILL BE AT MY EVENT?
The Debbie Bender Design team has 13 members and the amount of staff truly varies from event to event. On average, the set up and breakdown team is 3-4 members and the execution team is 2-3 members. This number may increase if a bartender or servers are utilized.

Email! E-mail is the best form of communication with the Debbie Bender Design team. We will respond to your email within 48 hours.
HOW MANY WEDDINGS HAVE YOU PLANNED?
While living in Vermont, Debbie Bender executed over 30 weddings each year along with many corporate events such as Wanderlust, The Burton US Open, Headliner concerts by Train, The Doobie Brothers, Jackson Brown, Hall and Oates, Redman and Method Man plus many more. Since returning to North Carolina and building this company, the team has executed over 150 flawless events and wedding in North Carolina since 2016.
ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR MY WEDDING DATE?
The Debbie Bender Design team has three team members that are trained to execute a wedding from start to finish. One of our Directors will be assigned to your event with an assistant for execution.
DO YOU HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Yes, we do! Debbie Bender Design has an insurance policy to cover up to one million dollars for any incidents that may, but have not yet, happened! Many venues asked the client to provide this is different than the insurance we carry. We are able to provide any documents upon request.
DO YOU EXECUTE THE OVERALL VISION, OR ARE YOU MORE OF A PRODUCER WHO BRINGS IN A DESIGNER? The Debbie Bender Design team prefers to execute your overall vision, and we do have suggested vendors that we work closely with but there are not limitations! We have an expansive decor inventory. Occasionally, we need to outsource items such as chairs, specialty lighting and cutlery. We coordinate with the rental vendor for delivery, set up and pick up.
